Well I went back to the save before meeting Xanlosch and Isabelle (after applying patch)
They were still missing
I went back to a save before meeting General Raze
He was also missing (after the patch)
So now I have lost General Raze quest,Xanlosch and Isabelle quest and to top it all off, An Alchemist's Apparel ALL because of glitches and believe me I have plenty of saves before meeting these characters...despite this ALL three quests are void completely lost to glitches
