As Divine Avenger said, the Hall of Echoes is the final section of D2:ED. You will not be able to return to the fjords or Broken Valley. You can go back to your battle tower, but the teleporter is broken, so you can not get outside on Sentinel Island.
There is a bit of a setback at the end of D2:ED, so I can see where you got the feeling you lost (there is only one ending), but you will be able to make things right at the end of FoV.
So I received the only ending that was possible for D2:ED?
But Flame of Vengeance was a separate game that I bought separately
So if I hadn't bought Flame of Vengeance I would have just had to settle for a bad ending (loser)
Is that right? Is all this correct?
I don't understand because:
I spent a small amount of time playing around with Flame of Vengeance maybe a week ago (way before I finished D2:ED
The character I chose was automatically given 45,000 gold and began the same mission I am doing now
It was a different character than the one I have now
The character I am utilising now carried over from D2:ED
However,some things disappeared [example-summon demon] It is completely vanished from the chart and from my quicksave function keys
Can you please explain this?
