Hi everyone. I just started to play this game a few weeks back and I absolutely love it! I love to jump off a cliff and transform to a dragon while falling hahaha.

Anyway, I'm done with most of the Flying Fortresses and most quests in OROBAS FJORDS. The only thing I have not been able to do, is break down the barrier around Camp Harbour. Is that a permanent "no dragon" zone?

Thanks for the help in advance. smile (I did a search and looked through the various topics, but couldn't find an answer to my question).

It's indeed a permanent "no dragon zone" and so you can't disable these barriers.

But (I hope!) you've already find your way to Camp Harbour and the Dragon Slayer Camp ... wink

I used many times the blue teleporters to fast travel to Camp Harbour etc ...
I maked myself a nice fast travelroute for visiting each possible shopkeeper each level (or more) smile .

O, and Welcome to the forum !

Thanks for the reply and the warm welcome, Joram. I actually just discovered that area and High Halls yesterday, because I guess the barrier worked so effectively, that it kept me out all this time LOL I thought it was an area I had to unlock later. I found out in one of the fortresses that the barriers do not kill me in human form, so I just dared to venture forth into the bubble hahahaha.

I did all the lvl 3 quests for my platform "workers", but for the life of me, couldn't find Morgan the Harbour Master. So, I carried Hermosa's quest around for a while LOL. I FINALLY discovered the HUGE door that leads into the Harbour! DUH hahaha

(I was able to turn in all the wanted quests at that time too. Can't wait to play through the game for a 2nd time LOL)

Oh, as for the teleporters, yea, I use a few, but I mainly just fly to one that teleports me to the Harbour. I just LOVE being a dragon! Fighting and all hahahaha Dragons are just amazing creatures and if I could, I would have one as a pet! wink

Seriously though, awesome game, I need to get the remastered one plus expansion now! smile

OMG I already have a list of idiots I would burn! hahahaha

Thanks Divine Avenger for the nice welcome! smile

I was talking to a friend earlier (he's in Poland, we met in an MMO years ago... that's why MMOs are great lol) and I was singing the praises of Divinity 2 so long that he finally broke down and said he would get it. hahahahaha

Oh and speaking of MMO, I am used to re-spawning and forgot that in single player games, death is pretty much permanent LOL So, yea, I made sure I had a key-bind for my quick saves. smile

If you like a flying Pet, make sure to invest a few points in the Dragon skill "Summon Friend" wink

The first time I played Ego Draconis I didn't take that dragon skill, but this time I did (5/5), also Polymorph, great skill for making dangerous Flying Dragon Commanders & Memory Eaters a funny "Lady-bird" ! biggrin

See, all my skills are lvl 5, except polymorph! I have no points in that skill. I guess it would help with Halls of Echoes! smile

LOL and yea, I also love to burn things! But man, those Memory Eaters and Commanders in there burn ME to a crisp. (and yes, I'm playing on Easy LOL, always do first time around)

So you see, all Dragon Skills can come in handy smile
I put (after unlearning all skills for the first time at L34) only just 1 or nothing (not certain) into Dragon Burst. But all the others I take.

I love Dragon Burst too much to not learn it, it's awsome just sit in the middle of a load of Balista Towers & watch them all die when you use it lol.
