The missing text for Keara's statues is a known bug in some of the original D2:ED releases. It was supposedly going to be fixed in the 'next patch', but there has yet to be another patch (the North American PC version got a small patch to fix a crash on shutdown problem some people encountered, and the Xbox version got one to fix a potential issue saving over existing saves).
You will still be able to name the statues if you look up the clues and/or solution (in the above topic, or
this one in a D2:ED forum).
