There's also one not mentioned here. (I wish I wasn't so lazy, then I'd do a screenie) There is a chest in the dwarven forest area south of the raised section with the well. This always contains the poison cloud spellbook (in the english version anyway). IIRC its spike-trapped so go carefully!
Also did anyone mention the 'wizard's sight' book in the cursed abbey-I forget.
