Although Alrik is correct about the equal rights thing, homosexuality just does not seem right in games to me.
The game has been announced officially for the PC but not the Xbox yet but clearly the screenshots and videos were taken on an xbox. Also Larian said they have it running at 55fps on an Xbox360 so it seems they have every intention of releasing it on that platform. It's up to Microsoft to let them.
