Hello. I posted that here because i think that might be a bug.

I found the fifth clue before the other ones. I only have clue #2 and #5.
After beating the Temple of Maxos, i got his ring and have been teleported into the astral plan, where i had to fight Bellegar's creatures.

I defeated them before the end of the time limit, but nothing. I'm stuck here, the time's still passing and i can't do nothing than wait.

At the end of the time limit, Bellegar kill me. He's on the top of a rock and i can't reach him.

Do you think that may occur because i didn't get the previous clues ?

No it doesn't matter what order you get the cluse in

are you playing the PC version on DKS or the Xbox version

if your playing on the P you may want to try contacting Larians Support team, send them your save file & they can try fixing the bug with your save.

You could try leaving the ring in the chest, and complete one or more of the other quests first. Maybe doing things in a different order will avoid whatever the problem is, or just being stronger and killing the opponents faster could make a difference. The next clue that triggers a summoning may give the same result, but it's worth a shot.

If the problem is something in the game rather than the save, a reinstall might help (or verify local files with the Steam version).


I thought Bellegar was suppose to summon more opponents when the timer ran out?

With the PC version, in XP the saves are in the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\ %username% \Local Settings\Application Data\Divinity 2\Savegames


or in Vista / Win 7

C:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Local\Divinity 2\Savegames


You may need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders (XP, Vista, Win 7).
