I can imagine some of the dialogues, if you play a guy and are married to a prince.
"Husband, I want to have a kid"
"We can't"
"We'll keep trying !"
Considering the skeleton princess and her delicious apples, I wouldn't be surprised if something along these lines made it into the game. Maybe with an imp prince, or something.
