I go into the room where Raze should be and I do not see him at all. If I stand in the room many summoned armors are spawned. I never get a Raze. I have read about is quest on other boards and the info says it can be an issue. All the other boards are dealing orginal game. Where is Raze? Help need!

Do you have the patch installed? See the appropriate support page for DKS or FoV.

There was a potential bug where certain main opponents could be missing. The patch should prevent this from happening, but if the problem had already occurred in your save, installing the patch will not fix it. However, you can email your save to support@larian.com to be fixed.

With the PC version, in XP the saves are in the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\ %username% \Local Settings\Application Data\Divinity 2\Savegames


or in Vista / Win 7

C:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Local\Divinity 2\Savegames


You may need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders (XP, Vista, Win 7).

No, I did not. I now have it installed. How far back with my saves do to I need to go to get it to work?

Larian didn't go into details about exactly how or when this problem could be triggered, so I'm not sure how far back you would need to revert to be sure to avoid it. Someone mentioned reloading a save before entering the headquarters for one of the flying fortress bosses, and still encountering a problem, but I don't recall if anyone reported back on reloading saves before first entering the fortress, etc.
Support usually has a relatively quick turnaround time.

I started new at the beginning, and got to Raze. The patch worked.
