I have a symbol at the top of the screen that's a pink up arrow on a blue background (sort of iridescent). What does this mean? I lost the manual unfortunatley.

I think that if you enter the "tactical pause" (on the PC version, you hit the f key to pause) and mouse over it, you'll get a little tooltip telling you what it is.
