Ok.
If the nest has a blueish kind of lightning around it, it's protected from damage. Somewhere should be a lever or something that deactivates the protection (not sure, you may need to kill Dolgan to deactivate the barrier, I don't remember exactly).
Summon Wyvern summons a wyvern that will fight for you, that doesn't mean everyone is going to ignore you and attack the wyvern.
