3. After you taken over the Battle Tower from Laiken (so after killing Laiken), Damian poisoned whole Broken Valley and Sentinel Island, but you can still fly in dragonform or walk at some of the higher parts on Sentinel Isalnd and Broken Valley ...
And this poisonous gaz remains, forever .
