The leaked videos? I saw one the other day. Someone was playing Skyrim live from the start of the game. The Xbox 360 version has had torrents released onto the internet, so it's the final version:

So for those who loved Oblivion, I guess you will love this but for those who hated Oblivion (like me), you probably won't enjoy the game.
The third person animations are improved but not by much to be honest.
