I have gone to the bunker and removed the first barrier a LONG time ago. Now there is still a barrier where Sepp is, and I cannot access the port where the zeppelins are or the Hall of Echoes. I have already completed the quest with Patriarch and Ba'al in Broken Valley. How in the world do I shut down these barriers so I can move on?
