you have to go on a ledge With two dead bandits, there is a teleporter, go there, you'll end up in front of a ladder, climb up, then you have to kill two black ring officers, after you did that, climb up a flight of steps, there are two more black ring, I suggest that you leave them alive(they wont hurt you if you do) there are two levers next to the wall. one removes the barrier barring your way, and the other removes the one surrounding the camp you're in. enjoy
