depending on your computer cpu and all that. sometimes. the game slows down for 2 reasons.
1. your game is overloaded and have to much info to process before being able to let you do what you want in the game.
Solution: Quicksave game, reload by either shortcut or through menu. 1 thing sometimes dont work so do the other thing.
2. Your game has to much info plus your pc / platform have to many thing open so it crashes.
Solution: Restart game, Sometimes pc restart neccesary. but useally restart game works just fine.
