Is Dr. Needleman at te top of Lovis's tower in the now poisoned Broken Valley? How do I find him / reach the top?

I found Needleman, should have looked closer before posting. But in his storage there is a small box on a shelf that I cant find a key for. I'm thinking there must be something in that box because the storage itself was pretty weak.

There is no key for that box in DKS (IIRC it could be opened in the original release of D2:ED). There is a Defenders of Aleroth set piece in the chest outside Needleman's storage (when Bellegar teleports you there earlier in the game), but not much of note inside (there wasn't really much there in D2:ED either).
