Success at last ! ED complete on normal,although I still wasn't able to get past level 36. I see now that Larian QA was talking about FoV, I get a little confused about that too, I think it would be near-impossible to get much higher in ED because by the end of Orobas Fjords I was getting less than 50 XP per bad guy.Using the respawning bad guys in Keara's Fortress would just take too long.
What worked for me was tinkering with enchantments/charms to get my base damage well over 200, HP around 900, Dex 74. Just one point of Hide in Shadowa also helped a lot, giving me time to take potions, heal and summon my creature.Also used a lot of potions, resistance, strength, dex, etc.
All in all, one of the best final battles I've had in a long time. Thanks again for the tips, on to FoV !
