So i got the game (retail,not steam) and i'm trying to install this patch in order to remove the FPS limit:

However it just gives me a message saying "This hotfix cannot be applied. Or the game was not installed, or the game version does not match"
The game is ver 1.4.9.32
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
