The Xbox version of DKS should be available in the US (currently $20 from Amazon). In Canada Amazon and Gamestop carry DKS, but Best Buy, etc, do not (even though they have the original release of D2:ED).
FoV is not available by itself on the Xbox (too large for DLC and Larian could not get a publisher for a retail release), and only available as a download on PC (the German PC version was the only DVD release).
There will be a Divinity 3; Larian is calling it Project E (at least until it is officially announced at E3), though a teaser mention in one of
Lar's blog posts implies the first word in the name is 'Eyes'.
Project E will have a top down camera view (no details on implementation). There has been no word on who the protagonist will be, but presumably if you were to play a dragon knight again that would not have been the best choice of camera design.
