Did you read it carefully yourself? It says nothing about Project E on particular, post dated 2010 year, at that moment we didn't know neither about E, neither about D, which means he -- Lar -- could mention any of it an. Consider his note about "classless" thing I can safely assume he was talking about Dragon Commander.
