as already mentioned, the facial customization is a nice ft. but not THAT important to me, the wearing of robes (^^ drool) however, visually changing when using diff weapon types and armor is something I like a lot more..and a zoom does not need to be present in game perse (a player view zoom i mean) but in character screen it would be nice, so you could really see all angles of a fabulous purple hoodie wizard robe (hint hint ^^)
