It sounds as though your registry settings for ego draconis have been removed or destroyed somehow.
Best thing to do is follow support procedure:
- use the support tool from here:
http://www.larian.com/hotfixes/supporttool/LPC_Divinity2.exe to generate a report.xml and send that to support@larian.com
