For the more unpatient or brainless players
... it's indeed a good idea to give one or more options to solve a puzzle ! I'm in for this option although I prefer to solve the puzzle myself, without the quick(er) solution !
And if their is such an option, please give the patient player, who solve the puzzle himself, at least a better reward for his/her effort & time spending on searching for the solution of a puzzle or side quest, etc !
