Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Polish language for digital version

Hello,i`m Zaratul and i have a question:

Digital version of the game(GoG,Steam)don`t have polish version...it will be implemented someday?
Or maybe Larian Studios should create patch for phisical copy of a game because widescreen suppoort and Windows 7 compatibility are very handy.And yes i know about unnoficial patch for cd versions but patch is incomplete.

Sorry for the delay (Larian just got back from 2 weeks off for summer vacation). Unfortunately, the original response to my question about other languages (that a Russian release would be out in a few days, and a Polish release "a bit later") meant that they were working on it, rather than a release was imminent. Apparently there is an issue with the Polish localization files, which they are working on. If and when that is resolved (hopefully more when than if), I'm not sure how long it takes for the release process on Steam for an additional localization.

I've just bought Divinity Anthology and prefer to play first game in my language. Unfortunely, localized files are for 1.0034 version only. I'd like to know if there is any way to downgrade 1.0064 to 1.0034 or possibility for polish digital version in the future.

I wonder if there is any chance for polish version on Steam. I read a lot of topics in polish forums asking if steam/gog version have polish language. While it isn't, people choose to download it from less legal sources.

Unfortunately, given that it has been over a year, it doesn't look like Larian was able to resolve whatever problem was preventing them from using the disk version localization files.

There is no official way to downgrade. A few people discussed using the disk version files to make an unofficial patch for the download version of the game, but I don't know if anything ever came of that.

Apparently, in 2014 someone shared the files to patch the game to Polish version. It was even approved by David Walgrave.
