The ending of Ego Draconis was okay with me. I had no gripes with it since I played through it within DKS and didn't experience the cliffhanger some gamers did.
But one thing bothered me, I just can't shake the feeling that the "Ygerna plot twist" was injected later in the development of the game. Of course, this is subject to correction from people who really know.
