I am very close to beating this game and I want to have fun modding it and stuff. I just want to know where to start. I already saw where to mod the abilities/skills but I want to mod weapons and armor. Can anyone walk me through this? And also any links to what I need to download to mod this stuff?

There is not really any way to mod the game itself, at least not that anyone has figured out (aside from the save editors and a font enlargement patch).

For just editing equipment, though, you can use either DAD's item editor (which requires Visual Basic runtime libraries, which may not be included or installed in Win 7) or the older Divine Divinity Item Editor.

No, not that I know of.

Ok, well the DAD's item editor doesn't work i downloaded both version and the 1.3 version says error #53 blah blah blah and won't run lol
