On another note did anyone get the shipment list on Sentinel Island? It's located on a boat which is perched atop some ruins in the sea. I found this list on my first playthrough but I've never mentioned it here. Anyway it says Bellegar is located in the "Dark Tower" (must be the tower of Lovis and maybe Bellegar was using the top temporarily for his trolling in Broken Valley) and that he asked for itching powder and explosive potions.
Yeah, I just found that myself! Can't remember whether I discovered it last time but it was really rather amusing. I also assumed Lovis' tower, though it might just be a suitably menacing-sounding place for the address, "Mr. J. Bellegar, 1 The Dark Tower, Aleroth" sort of thing.
I'm still finding evidence of more mischief now on my third play-through: I found the three sleepers, the strangely-named Nightwinkle and friends did actually return to Broken Valley village after all where they described that their ordeal started when "a weird, rhyming fellow gave us a bottle of wine"! Prior to that I'd assumed it was just a random encounter rather than a Random Act of Bellegar.
