Are there separate downloaders listed on the 'Your Games' page for each language version, or are they all combined? You could try downloading a different language version of DKS, and then cancel it if it starts downloading (though whether that works or not it wouldn't really help, or speed up a resolution, since the problem appears to be with the server).
