You can download FoV, though, and not install it until you are ready to continue with a character into the add-on, or want to see the changes in D2:ED.
This sounds cool. But let me just clarify please, if you don't mind.
Does this mean I can download Flames of Vengeance and keep it in my computer, and then install it AFTERWARDS (even if I don't have internet access) to truly see the changes?
