You can not reach anywhere jumping off the end (I tried a couple times), but you can jump off the side to a small ledge on the cliff face (which I didn't think of looking for, and had to check Lancet's
DKS FAQ/Guide to find out how to beat her). Jumping down another couple ledges will get you to a lever you can use to disable Ursula's protection, a chest and a teleporter to get back up top.
