GOG, Steam, the
Larian Vault, etc, have the German version of Divinity 2 Developer's Cut. The retail version of the
Divinity Anthology is just in English, but comes with Steam keys for the games. Check out
this topic for info on upgrading from D2:ED/FoV/DKS to D2:DC.
Did you download the Dragon Knight Saga
patch, or the Ego Draconis
patch? I found a couple web hits for that debug code, relating to the Ego Draconis patch (and if there is a 30 FPS cap you presumably have DKS).
Did you check if there was an option to change or remove the FPS cap (or if there is a nightmare difficulty level)? The download version of DKS should probably be updated already, and the retail version may be, as well.
