The Anthology has the Developer's Cut edition of Divinity 2.

Personally I'm thinking this edition could be buggy for whatever reason (mainly because it allows for the developer commands to be used). Alternatively have you tried re-installing? It might be a stretch but I needed to re-install Beyond Divinity on Windows 7 in a custom location (the default was the programs (x86) folder) to get it to work correctly.

If you're expecting a patch for these bugs though I doubt one would be coming anytime soon. Larian seem to have focused all of their efforts on Dragon Commander and Original Sin right now...
