The Anthology has the Developer's Cut edition of Divinity 2.

Alternatively have you tried re-installing? It might be a stretch but I needed to re-install Beyond Divinity on Windows 7 in a custom location (the default was the programs (x86) folder) to get it to work correctly.
If you're expecting a patch for these bugs though I doubt one would be coming anytime soon. Larian seem to have focused all of their efforts on Dragon Commander and Original Sin right now...
