About the stretchgoals, IMO players will like all of them because they are in line with the game, except the “500K New Area”. Surely there will be lot of people who likes this “bizarre plane” but others may not (perhaps even unconsciously), because it break the immersion.

We like new areas more or less similar to the real world, grass and forest are usually the favorites in games, then mountain, swamp, coast and snow are equally good; finally deserts and lava usually was a pain because of their sterility, however they are playable as well. But strange ambient, like subaquatic, space, or crazy dimensions officially broke any immersion.

If we found an alternate dimension, unconsciously we will start to think that “everything is possible because, at last, we are in a game”, losing the fragile connection with the fantasy world we already achieve.

Instead of a new strange area (with its resources in new models, textures, music, etc), it will be preferable improve the mechanics of the other goals that not break anything in the game as we know till today.

I hope I have contributed positively.
