This is why most DD fanatics consider death scorpions "cheese". It is way overpowered by around a factor of 10. As a result, level 1 is all you'll ever need. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" />

Do setting these traps use up mana?
I might train it, if it were mana free, only requiring the device. I'd rather use my mana to Freeze, or heal me. Im almost thinking about mana for blind or slow or the spikes to hinder my targets movement while I kill them with a bow.
I will refrain from using scorpian trap though, since Ive heard people say it makes the game too easy?

so, yes it uses up this little bit of mana - and yes, it makes the games very easy - but comes in handy if you encounter powerful enemies. With Aura of Command you can keep your little helpers close by you. If they land the killing blow, you get lesser XP. Kiya
