You can pick up \ interact with basically anything you see in game. Pretty much TES level of detail.
Its a bit more interactive than TES in that you can move larger objects as well (like tables) that otherwise wouldn't fit your inventory. You cannot do that in TES I believe (or maybe can in Skyrim?)
I wonder what the AI would do if you made a barricade out of tables and then started showering fireballs on them
