I've played a few PC games where there are named presets for colour balance, like "Vibrant", "Muted", and so on. I can't think of any examples, though, apart from LA Noire having the option to play the game in black and white (which is kind of different anyway). But yeah, this seems like it'd be relatively easy to do. Just create a few presets, or even put in some sliders and let us create our own.
