That is mostly true for all animals, even animals that don't fear people generally avoid them. Wolves especially were demonized for many years, and in many ways still are. People have not yet learned and may never learn to live in peace with nature. Live and let live! And If a tiger or wolf kills someone in there home its there right to protect there space, if someone breaks into your house do you react violently or invite them to tea, the answer is obvious.
