Its no crime, if nobodys watching. I mean why should all cats hate you just because you killed a lonely cat in the woods that doesnt make much sense to me.
You are right. But if another cat sees it and you dont kill her then they should turn hostile. Or you could gain a more negative reputation, like for normal npc's.
Another thing would be that even when you are very negative at wolves, they wouldnt attack you alone, but when one spots you he would inform his herd and then attack you. And they should be very, very hard to beat, just to make the life of nasty gamers hard
