No. GoG and Steam are separate services. The GoG version can't connect with the Steam overlays and Steam lobbies and groups. If you want to play on Steam, then wait for the Steam version page to start taking pre-orders (or get it through the Kickstarter, which will let you select the Steam version.)
You do realise that the keys u get for most games can be activated on steam, meaning u get the steam version of the game with it. What i'm asking is, does/will the gog version have such keys?
