make a list INCLUDING location, i.e. country. It might be interesting to have an emmisaries from a countries other than Belgium that are not too far away (France, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, whatever)
The person MUST assure us that he is able to afford lodging and transportation (especially if the person is not from tiny little Belgium). €200 should suffice
