If you come by train, take station "Gent Dampoort" and then you have to walk for about 15 a 20 minutes.
Short description:
from station Gent Dampoort take North (= R40: Dok-Zuid) and then you can't miss Stapelplein.
(don't forget to look around the building because you don't "see" the entrance immediately wink
