So first off, sorry if I posted in the incorrect place or if I made a redundant post, but the search did not give me what I wanted. I plan on getting the $95 and probably the poster as well. With this I have two questions.

I live in Toronto, Canada and the last time I ordered something from the USA I had to pay extra fees apart from shipping that I had no idea about. Would someone be able to explain what fees I will pay and maybe give me an estimated final price after taxes and all shipping costs for the $95 tier + the $25 poster. Also if anyone can tell me what shipping company will be handling the shipment it would be greatly appreciated.

My second question is: the $95 tier says that it includes a digital copy as well. Is the activation key for that one separate so I can give it to a friend?

I would ask this question in kickstart; not the comment field but send a message to Larian (kickstart creator). There is a chance they will see this thread; but I know for sure he is making time to read direct messages. There is a chance they will be able to answer this thread but given how busy they are with interviews et all I that might be a safer route; esp as time grows short.

Uhmm.. when outside of US or EU, shipping will be 18 dollars.
I assume the 18 dollar wil be for the full package, but im not 100% sure since i dont work there :P

There are no instructions for additional shipping charges for physical add-ons, so that must mean they are included with the $18 shipping for the physical tier.

I think the only extra fee you may have is customs ($5 + GST on the value of the items, which is less that the tier pledge). DVD sized packages can often get through without an extra charge, even when above the $20 (IIRC) limit, but I'm not sure about a poster.

I'm pretty sure I saw concerns about customs on the Torment: Tides of Numenera Kickstarter and they were getting around it by saying it's a gift or something. I can't remember though but I will try find out for you

Usually the shippingcosts kinda include customs and other transport costs

Okay, I have an update on this. It was something like this:

"the counteract was by declaring the value of the physical goods to be lower than the KS tier. So even though I paid $113 for it, it would be shipped as a $20 item."

Thanks to someone on another site for finding that for me
