Yeah, I'm not saying that they should get pissed the first time it happens. But I'd sure get mad if someone kept throwing fireballs my way. Especially out of combat.
Also, seems like when you're resurrected you spawn with full hp/mp, which means that after each fight you'd just kill off the main characters if they have low health.
