Hello everybody. As a mac user, i was wondering about the possibility to play multi with owners of a pc version of the game... Someone knows if it makes sense ?
(I'm french, sorry for my poor english...)

I don't see any reason why that should be a problem. There has been noting mentioned about any multi-player restrictions with the Mac/Linux versions of the game, anyway.
Is that usually an issue with Mac versions of games?

Well, i understood one of the two players will be the host, so to me it's not exactly the same as if Larian provides their own server, am i wrong ?

You are correct; one person hosts the game, to which another can join. There isn't any reason (that I know of) that the communication can not be done between PC, Mac and Linux versions, though.

you're right still though there shouldn't be be any problems with cross platform gaming because thats smt developers nowadays practically cant afford

Nice ! I was a little bit worrying not be able to play with my buddy, but like you said, and after intense reflexion in reading your answers, there is indeed no reason that the connection will not be working...
