Are trying to installing the PhysX drivers from the Divinity 2 support folder, or the latest version from
nvidia's site? Or have you tried both?
Did you try rebooting and shutting down all non-essential programs (like anti-virus programs) before trying to re-install the drivers?
If you make a shortcut to the setup program (right click, Create Shortcut), then right click it, select Properties and add a space and
/quiet at the end of the 'Target' line, the setup program should then install without any user interface or license agreement coming up.
If nothing else works, you could try downloading a copy of the dll file (see
here).
