For the life of me I have never run across anywhere that gave me the option to learn the lockpicking skill, and it's becoming more required as I go along. I've looked everywhere I can online, and everyone talks about lock picking, but not a single source mentions where you go to learn the skill.
I hope it's quick and simple. This is driving me mad!
