You should have gotten an email with a beta key if you pre-ordered before the current pre-order deal went live. Check the address you used for the Vault account, or your spam folder for a possible miss-filter if you already did so.
I did eventually after sending an email to "support@larian.com" I think was the support address, so anyone else who hasn't gotten the upgrade email, give that a go.
