Unfortunately, you can not reset your stat points.
With my ranger playing on nightmare, I stopped distributing stat points after level 15, and at the end of the Hall of Echoes had 98 unused stat points (though I was also 5 levels higher that you, as well). Focusing on your main stats more would probably have helped a bit, but an even stat distribution certainly isn't a critical problem (others have successfully done that).
