Do what? If you have no unused stat points, until you level again, the only way to adjust your stat point distribution is with different equipment, or by adding charms to equipment.
There are stat point bonuses in FoV from mindreads and a few areas where opponents can respawn, so if you can get through the Hall of Echoes you should be able to continue and focus on particular stats.
